President Trump's Health Report: 'Excellent Health' Confirmed by White House Physician
President Donald Trump remains in excellent health, according to the latest medical examination conducted at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
President Donald Trump underwent his annual physical examination on Friday morning, and the results, released by Navy Capt. Sean P. Barbabella, the physician to the president, indicate that Trump is in ’excellent health.’ The comprehensive examination included diagnostic and laboratory testing, as well as consultations with fourteen specialty consultants. The release highlighted Trump’s robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and general physical function.
The president’s vital statistics were also disclosed, showing him to be 75 inches tall and weighing 224 pounds. His resting heart rate was recorded at 62 beats per minute, with a blood pressure of 128/74 mmHg, a pulse oximetry of 99% on room air, and a temperature of 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Despite the overall positive health report, the physician noted a minor detail of scarring on the right ear from a previous gunshot wound.
Trump’s laboratory results returned normal, and his medical history praised his lifelong abstinence from tobacco and alcohol. Currently, the president is on four medications: Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe for cholesterol control, aspirin for cardiac prevention, and Mometasone cream as needed for a skin condition.
The release also credited Trump’s active lifestyle for contributing significantly to his well-being. It mentioned his participation in multiple meetings, public appearances, press availability, and frequent victories in golf events. The White House physician concluded that President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health, fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State.
