Pam Bondi Condemns Judges for Allegedly Aiding Illegal Immigrants

Attorney General Pam Bondi sharply criticized two judges arrested for allegedly helping illegal immigrants evade arrest, highlighting the administration’s firm stance on upholding the law.

Attorney General Pam Bondi expressed strong disapproval on ‘America Reports’ after the FBI arrested Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan for allegedly obstructing the arrest of an illegal immigrant. Dugan reportedly hid the individual, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, in her jury room to prevent his arrest by ICE agents following a court appearance on misdemeanor charges. Bondi emphasized that no one, including judges, is above the law and that obstructing justice will lead to prosecution.

In a related incident, former New Mexico Magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife were arrested for allegedly tampering with evidence and harboring Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, a suspected member of the Tren de Aragua gang. Bondi condemned these actions, stressing the danger posed by gang members and the importance of law enforcement in maintaining public safety.

These arrests underscore the Trump administration’s commitment to prosecuting anyone who aids illegal immigrants, particularly those with criminal backgrounds. Bondi’s comments reinforce the message that judicial officials will face consequences for undermining the legal process.
