FBI and DOJ's Operation Restore Justice Leads to 205 Arrests in Child Sex Predator Crackdown

Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel announced the arrest of 205 alleged child sex predators in a week-long operation.

In a significant crackdown on online child exploitation, Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel revealed the results of ‘Operation Restore Justice,’ a joint initiative between the Department of Justice and the FBI. Over the past week, this operation led to the arrest of 205 individuals accused of preying on children online. Additionally, the operation successfully rescued 115 children across the United States.

Described as ‘historic’ and ‘unprecedented’ by Bondi, Operation Restore Justice marks a pivotal moment in the fight against child sex crimes. Speaking at a press briefing, Bondi emphasized the severity of the crimes, stating, ‘These depraved human beings, if convicted, will face the maximum penalty in prison - some life.’ She further warned potential offenders, ‘We will find you. We will arrest you, and we will charge you. If you are online targeting a child, you will not escape us. The FBI and the Department of Justice will come after you. And we will prosecute you.’

This operation underscores the ongoing commitment of federal agencies to protect children from online predators and highlights the effectiveness of collaborative efforts between different branches of law enforcement.
